Halloween Eyeball Lychee Martini with Lychee Syrup3 ounces of premium vodka¼ ounce of Lychee Syrup 1 lychee, peeled and pitted 1 Maraschino Cherry 1 chocolate chip or piece of olive ice Shake together the vodka, syrup and ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Insert the chocolate chip or piece of olive into the cherry and place the cherry into the pitted and peeled lychee (this is the red eyeball with dark pupil). Garnish with the lychee and serve. |
