Lychee BBQ Sauce
1/2 Cup ketchup
1/2 Cup white wine
1/4 cup brown sugar or lychee honey
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlilc crushed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
3 dashes hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Cup peeled and drained seedless lychees
Finely dice lychees and combine with other ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Simmer 30 minutes or until desired thickness.
