This recipe was submitted by one of our cusotmers and fellow lychee enthusiasts
1 pineapple
3 bananas
2 mangos
1 orange and 2 cups of orange juice or guava juice
1 cup of nectarines
1 cup of apricots
1 cup of blueberries
1 cup of seedless grapes
1 cups of fresh or canned lychees
6 strawberries
3 sprigs of fresh mint
1 carambola (star fruit) for garnishing
1/2 cup of lychee liqueur or 1/2 cup of bark rum or orange blossom water
Peel, cut each fruit in to bite size pieces
Place into a large bowl and toss well being careful not to stir too much. Serve cold
